History
The company embarked on its business journey in the year 1868, when two brothers Fritz & Albert Huuenin opened up a small workshop. Their creative excellence resulted in the fabrication of decorative silver watch cases that gained worldwide appreciation. In the year 1950, the company dissolved its watchmaking venture and started manufacturing high quality stamped medals. By the year 1992, Huguenin spread its wings and became the first company worldwide to mint gold coins imprinted with color. Wherein, the separate venture of Paul Faude, founded in the year 1961, focussed on photo-etching technology to manufacture stunning array of medallions and awards in brass.
The two diverse entities merged in the year 2002, giving birth to Faude & Huguenin SA. In 2005, the organization established HF Metalart Private Limited in Jaipur, India, equipped with sophisticated European machinery. This privately held company still maintains its long tradition of offering exquisite, elegant, and qualitative range of products and services to clients world wide.
